服务协议与订阅条款Terms of Service & Subscription

生效日期：2026 年 9 月 30 日 · 适用于 Mac App Store 版「思序 MindPlan」

订阅须知（摘要）：月度 / 年度会员为自动续期订阅，到期前 24 小时内会自动扣费续订；可随时在 Mac App Store「账户设置 → 管理订阅」中取消。终身会员为一次性买断，不含订阅。

1. 协议的构成

本条款是 Apple《标准最终用户许可协议》（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）的补充。两者冲突时，就 Mac App Store 版思序 MindPlan 而言以本条款为准；未约定事项适用 Apple 标准 EULA。

2. 免费版与会员

免费版：15 个进行中任务、5 条灵感碎片、3 块画板，含云雾白 / 曜石黑两款经典皮肤。
会员：解锁全部主题皮肤，任务 / 灵感 / 画板额度不限。
会员为可选购买，不影响免费功能的正常使用。

3. 会员商品与价格

月度订阅：按月自动续期。
年度订阅：按年自动续期。
终身会员：非消耗型一次性买断，永久有效，不含订阅、不会自动续费。

价格以购买时 App 内展示的 Apple 本地化价格为准，通过你的 App Store 账户扣款。

4. 自动续订与取消

订阅将在每个计费周期到期前 24 小时内自动续订，届时从你的 App Store 账户扣取下一周期费用。
可随时取消：打开 Mac App Store → 点击账户名 → 「账户设置」→「管理订阅」→ 选择思序 MindPlan → 取消订阅；也可从应用内「会员中心 → 管理订阅」直达。
取消后会员继续有效至当前计费周期结束，之后不再扣费、自动回落免费版。

5. 退款

购买通过 App Store 完成，退款请求由 Apple 受理。请通过 reportaproblem.apple.com 或联系 Apple 支持申请。

6. 恢复与转移

删除应用后重新安装，或在新 Mac 上用同一 Apple ID 安装，已购权益自动恢复（会员中心提供「恢复购买」入口）。
会员权益完全由本机根据你的 Apple ID 购买记录推导，不与第三方账号关联；更换 Apple ID 不随之转移。

7. 你的数据

所有任务、灵感与设置保存在你自己的 Mac 上。订阅到期或取消后，数据完整保留，免费版额度之外的部分不会被删除，随时恢复会员即可继续使用。详见隐私政策。

Subscription summary: Monthly / yearly membership auto-renews — you are charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel anytime in the Mac App Store (Account Settings → Manage Subscriptions). Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

1. Relationship to Apple's EULA

These terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where they conflict, these terms prevail for the Mac App Store edition of MindPlan; otherwise Apple's standard EULA applies.

2. Free vs. member

Free: 15 active tasks, 5 ideas, 3 canvases, plus the two classic themes (Mist White / Obsidian Black).
Member: all themes, and unlimited tasks / ideas / canvases.
Membership is optional and never limits the free features you already have.

3. Products & pricing

Monthly subscription: renews every month.
Yearly subscription: renews every year.
Lifetime: non-consumable, one-time purchase — permanent, no renewal.

Prices are the localized prices shown in the app at the time of purchase, charged to your App Store account.

4. Auto-renewal & cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew within 24 hours before each billing period ends, charged to your App Store account.
Cancel anytime: Mac App Store → your account name → Account Settings → Manage Subscriptions → MindPlan → Cancel; or use "Manage Subscription" inside the app's Member Center.
After cancelling, membership stays active until the current period ends, then reverts to the free tier with no further charges.

5. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or via Apple Support.

6. Restore & transfer

Reinstalling, or installing on another Mac with the same Apple ID, restores purchases automatically (a "Restore Purchases" button is available in the Member Center).
Membership is derived on-device from your Apple ID's purchase history and is not tied to any third-party account; it does not transfer across different Apple IDs.

7. Your data

All tasks, ideas, and settings live on your Mac. When a subscription ends, your data stays intact — content beyond free-tier limits is never deleted, and returns as soon as membership is active again. See our Privacy Policy.
