隐私政策
1. 我们收集什么？
什么都不收集。本应用没有账号系统，不需要注册或登录，不嵌入任何统计、分析、崩溃上报或广告 SDK，也不向任何服务器上传你的数据。
2. 你的数据存在哪里？
- 所有内容（任务、提醒、灵感碎片、画板、附件、皮肤与偏好设置）仅以本地数据库形式保存在你的 Mac 上，由 macOS 沙盒保护。
- 卸载应用会删除这些数据；重新安装后数据不会从云端回来（因为没有云端）。
3. 什么情况下会联网？
只有一种：App Store 内购。当你购买或恢复会员时，应用会与 Apple 的 App Store 服务器通信以完成交易并验证你的购买。这一过程由 Apple 处理，受 Apple 隐私政策 约束；思序不会收到你的支付信息，只会收到购买是否成立的权益结果。
4. 会员购买信息
会员权益由本机 StoreKit 根据你的 Apple ID 购买记录自动推导，不与任何第三方共享。同一 Apple ID 的购买可在你的各台 Mac 上自动恢复。
5. 未成年人
本应用不面向儿童单独收集任何信息（也不收集任何人的信息）。
6. 政策变更
如果未来数据处理方式发生变化，我们会在本页更新并同步修改生效日期。若变化涉及收集数据，会在应用内显著提示并重新征求同意。

1. What do we collect?
Nothing. MindPlan has no account system, requires no sign-up or login, embeds no analytics, crash-reporting, or advertising SDKs, and never uploads your data to any server.
2. Where does your data live?
- All content — tasks, reminders, ideas, canvases, attachments, skins, and preferences — is stored only in a local database on your Mac, protected by the macOS sandbox.
- Uninstalling the app deletes this data. Reinstalling does not restore it from the cloud, because there is no cloud.
3. When does the app use the network?
Only for App Store purchases. When you buy or restore membership, the app communicates with Apple's App Store servers to complete the transaction and verify your purchase. This is handled entirely by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy; MindPlan never sees your payment details — only whether an entitlement exists.
4. Membership & purchases
Membership is derived on-device from your Apple ID's purchase history via StoreKit, and is never shared with third parties. Purchases restore automatically on any Mac signed in with the same Apple ID.
5. Children
MindPlan does not collect any information from children — or from anyone at all.
6. Changes to this policy
If our data practices ever change, we will update this page and its effective date. Any change involving data collection will be announced prominently in the app and require your consent.
